Housed in a historic West Indian cottage in the heart of Road Town, the Dove has been open since January 2003.
Chef Travis Phillips creates seasonal menus which feature the best ingredients that can be sourced. With the exception of the cheese board, every item on the menu is made from scratch here in our kitchen, including our pastas, assorted charcuterie, ice cream and all condiments.
The Dove also has the largest wine list in the BVI, all stored in a special temperature controlled room. Our cocktail menu changes seasonally as well and features the freshest ingredients and newest concepts (such as our barrel aged Manhattan). Dine with us in our intimate air-conditioned dining room or join us for a cocktail and bar snacks on our open air patio. Reservations highly suggested for dinner.
